Hamburger Recipe
Fire up the outside BBQ and try this hamburger recipe. Grilling hamburgers and hot dogs on the outside grill taste the best, but sometimes kicking them up a notch keeps it from getting boring. Try this burger recipe and see what you think! There really isn't a name for these jazzed up hamburgers. They are burgers my dad makes and I'm sure his dad made and so on.........and so on. It's a matter of adding the following ingredients and cooking them on the grill. What you place on them after they are grilled is up to you. Simply adding your favorite cheese, relish and mustard compliments the burgers well. Now for a hot dog recipe to jazz them up, try topping them with coney island sauce. As a matter of fact, this sauce is also good on hamburgers. The coney island sauce recipe follows, makes about 2 1/2 cups and it takes no time to throw together. Hamburger Recipe
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with the ground beef. Mix together like your making a meet loaf. Form into patties and place them on the grill. Coney Island Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Cook until beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is brown and thickened, about 30 minutes. Share this page with your Facebook friends by clicking the Like button. Return from Hamburger Recipe
