Peach Cobbler Recipe

Your not limited to just peach cobbler, try apple, blueberry, or cherry cobbler. This cobbler recipe is different because the topping is crunchy, more like a cookie topping.

As with most of our recipes, this peach cobbler is easy to make. Bake and serve warm with vanilla ice cream, whip cream or nothing at all.

Filling

  • 4 Cups Fresh or Frozen Fruit
  • 5 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Orange Juice

Mix all ingredients in a 9x9 baking pan; set aside.

Cookie Dough Topping

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Tablespoons Softened Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • Ice Cream or Whip Cream for Topping

Mix first 3 ingredients; set aside. Mix butter and sugar until well blended. Stir in egg and vanilla, stir in flour. Drop by tablespoon on top of filling, about 6-8 drops. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown and filling is bubbly, 35-40 minutes. 6-8 servings.
