Sloppy Joe Recipe
My sister Maxine has always used this Sloppy Joe Recipe made with Cream of Mushroom soup and Cream of Chicken soup. I prefer this recipe over traditional Sloppy Joes. They are easy to make and perfect to serve for a large crowd of people or an easy dinner for two. Sloppy Joes go well with a number of side dishes from potato chips to potato salad. Ingredients;
On medium heat Sauté onion in oil or butter until tender. Add Ground Chuck and brown. Drain grease from Ground Chuck. Stir in Cream of Mushroom and Chicken soup, cook until thick, about 30 minutes.
